Evidence suggests the Sentinelese used ancient knowledge passed down from generation to generation to save themselves from the catastrophic tsunami of 2004 which killed over 230,000 people. They were right in the middle of the worst parts of the waves yet after the tsunami Indian officials found 41 out of 43 of the Sentinelese at higher ground, far away from the submerged portion of their island. It is believed that they ran due to changes in the behavior of wildlife and overall, this sixth sense is certainly something our modern science lacks.
